ABOUT THIS PLAY
Sean Christopher Lewis — acclaimed playwright, internationally touring solo-performer, and This American Life commentator — brings his latest, most engrossing story right into your living room.
AVLT fan favorite Sean Lewis — the writer/performer of solo shows like Killadelphia, Just Kids, and I Will Make You Orphans — returns to Columbus.
A Midwestern writer who was a teen missionary in East Africa receives a letter from a boy he left behind. Never having absolved himself and needing to understand what forgiveness means the writer travels back to Rwanda to face the past in a foreboding reunion.
Dogs of Rwanda will be performed in a series of site-specific, in-home performances. Tickets for the two public performances (October 5 & 10) will be available to AVLT Members Only until September 27.
